The Township staff is comprised of two departments: Administration and Public Works.

Administration Department

Secretary / Treasurer

The Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for:

• Collection of all Township funds
• Accurate bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
• Payroll processing
• Payment of bills (upon Supervisor approval)
• Budget preparation assistance
• State and federal reporting

In addition, the Secretary/Treasurer serves as the corporate secretary by maintaining official records and ordinances, acting as a primary point of communication for the Board of Supervisors, and ensuring legal compliance and orderly administration of Township operations.

Zoning Officer

The Zoning Officer administers and enforces local zoning regulations to ensure orderly development within the Township. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and issuing permits
• Conducting property inspections
• Investigating zoning complaints
• Issuing violations when necessary
• Maintaining zoning and permit records

The Zoning Officer also serves as a key liaison to planning and zoning boards, helping to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the community.

Public Works Department

The Public Works Department maintains approximately 21 miles of Township Roads and 23 miles of State Roads (Snow Removal Only), ensuring safe travel for Township residents, visitors, and emergency responders.

The Road Department is responsible for:

• Road maintenance and repairs
• Snow removal
• Maintenance of Township vehicles
• Maintenance of Township-owned buildings
• Providing first responder support during business hours
